Be Who You Were Born To Be
- To conduct ourselves in harmony with our core values. To align our actions with our beliefs. A person’s beliefs will control everything that person thinks, says, and does. People become their beliefs. And if you stack up enough beliefs, they will wear those beliefs as an identity. Identity is the most powerful belief we can have. It can make us feel powerful, beautiful, righteous. Untouchable even, but it can also make us feel sad, depressed, and lonely. As constructive as an identity can be, it can also be just as destructive. And as powerful an identity is, the main issue is that most people walk around wearing the wrong one. They become attached to ideals that aren’t their own and wind up acting in a way that doesn’t match them. Nobody can truly be themselves unless we stand by the person we know we are. Integrity is playing your true character. The one that God designed you to be, and only you. Integrity is the foundation of who we are, and without it, you will always be subject to external influences that make up your persona. Every decision we make should be honestly considered and actioned in alignment with what we stand for. We have to reevaluate our beliefs and values, and hold ourselves accountable for who we are and for the person we will become. Blackquasar strives to always take responsibility for our actions and for our brand. We want the client to connect and feel confident that our intention will have their best interest at heart.

- Is the ability to act in the face of uncertainty. To take every opportunity to live out our missions, no matter what obstacles we face. It’s the call of all heroes. It’s the roar inside our bellies. The adrenaline of invisibility as we do the impossible. Don’t we all love the protagonist who overcomes adversity? Who takes on the challenge that no one else is willing to take, despite the disadvantage. We look up to them because they show the same trait we admire. Courage. The courage to extend themselves outside of their own limitations. The courage to overcome any fear that's in between you and your goals. The courage to take on new challenges. The courage to address your truths. To rise above pain. The courage to step into the future and just figure it out. To grow and become extraordinary. The way we communicate with people determines the relationships we’ll have. The way we communicate with ourselves determines the mindset we’ll have. And the way we communicate with our crafts will determine how skillful we will become. Did you know that all problems can be solved with a good conversation? No… really think about it. If all parties were willing, what couldn’t be solved. Of course, that’s not the case. It seems more people are worried about being right, rather than having an honest conversation. But the power of communication still runs deep; nothing is more important than how we connect. Social connection, personal connection, financial connection, emotional connection, spiritual connection; all, if mastered, will lead to a high quality of life. The language we use dictates how we frame life, and that frame creates our experiences. Our goal is to build a community that strives for an experience that empowers them. Building a community of growth and positivity. BlackQuasar believes that how we communicate and respond to our clients is the true representation of that experience. - Is the fuel for life. Passion is the fire inside all of us, the energy that the drives us to move and take action. Passion is an obsession we have with what impacts our spirit.
